Uncle Murda isn't holding his tongue when it comes to Gucci Mane and his Pooh Shiesty diss track, calling the Atlanta rapper "a sucka" for recounting an alleged crime involving the two.
Earlier this month, Gucci dropped "Crash Dummy," a Zaytoven-produced track that hears him reference an alleged incident involving Shiesty and a number of other individuals, who were recently arrested after being accused of kidnapping and robbing the 1017 Records boss.
"Tell the truth, you went out like a real crash dummy, and after all that, boy, you still signed to me," he raps on the song, before later adding: "I walk in the room, you can feel the pressure building / N***a dapped me up there, whole time they plotting against me."
A number of people have since weighed in on the situation, many of them questioning whether Gucci Mane should be considered a snitch for talking about the alleged incident on record. Just like Freddie Gibbs before him, for Uncle Murda it's not even a question.
"You can't sound like a civilian after being a gangsta for 20-something years," Murda said on the latest episode of his and Tony Yayo's Real Report podcast, alluding to the fact he believes Gucci Mane snitched by putting the record out. "Some street shit happened to this n***a, now he want to sound like a civilian."
"I feel bad for Pooh Shiesty and [fellow defendant] Big30, and all them n***as, and all them n***as that Gucci misled," he continued. "You know how many n***as that n***a misled, had out here banging, selling drugs, killing n***as, and doing all this crazy shit? And now he a rat? Now he a civilian?
"Get the fuck out of here, man. Gucci a sucka. That shit he did with some sucka shit. I don't feel like that. There's no passes, no excuses. So I'm not going to sit up here and give you no fucking scenario about [Gucci Mane's wife] Keyshia [Ka’Oir] and this and — No, all that shit was some corny shit, Gucci. It was some sucka shit."
"Free Pooh Shiesty and Big 30," Murda added, before Yayo jumped in to explain that while he's not condoning what went down, he believes "a lot of rappers are turning into civilians," and that's why more incidents like this are beginning to happen.
