Max B is wasting no time making headlines after his long-awaited return home, and now he's owning up to one of the wildest moments from his past media run.
The Harlem rapper recently appeared on BagFuel, where he reflected on an infamous interview he did on Angela Yee's Lip Service podcast, an episode Yee has previously claimed took a shocking turn when Max allegedly "took his dick out" during the conversation. Instead of denying it, Max admitted it happened.
"I pulled my pants down," he said on BagFuel, confirming Yee's story and revealing that the moment came after he was being questioned about his size and decided to respond by trying to shut down the speculation in real time.
"Soon as I went up, they start bum rushing me on some shit about you know [...] 'we heard you running out here pimping. You always talking about your dick like what's up?' I'm like 'What? This how y'all coming?' Mimi said 'Let me see.' I did the naked man on them. My shit was dangling. She's like 'put that shit up.'"
The confession is just the latest example of Max leaning into the chaos and the honesty since being released from prison a few weeks ago after spending roughly 16 years behind bars. Since returning home, he's been active on the scene again, reconnecting with longtime peers, popping up in interviews, and getting back into music mode as fans continue celebrating his freedom.
Max has also been clearing up another controversy that began spreading once he was released from prison. During an appearance on the Dog In The Yard podcast last week, Max was asked about the persistent rumor that he cooperated with authorities to cut his sentence short. Max explained that taking a plea deal doesn't always implicate co-defendants.
Max's legal history has long been complicated. In 2009, he was sentenced to 75 years in prison after being convicted on multiple counts connected to a robbery that went wrong. His conviction was later vacated, and in 2016, he accepted a plea deal for aggravated manslaughter, which ultimately reduced his sentence to 20 years.
