Latto has been told that her newborn daughter with boyfriend 21 Savage looks just like the “I Wish” rapper.
The first-time mother, who released her fourth album, Big Mama, in late May, spoke to Monica for Essence about her baby girl and revealed who she takes after most. Around the 4:00 mark of the video below, Latto shared that “everybody” thinks that her daughter looks like 21 Savage, who the “Business & Personal” artist confirmed she’s dating amid the announcement of her pregnancy.
“That just be pissing me off ‘cause I'm the one carrying her,” Latto joked. “And that's my little girl. But I will say she’s got my dimple. She got my curls–curly girly. That's about it right now. Definitely look like her daddy.”
Latto added that her daughter has the tendency to talk back, although she may not comprehend what she’s trying to express. “And my daddy told me, he was like, ‘Dang, I really wanted you to have a boy, but it makes sense ‘cause she going to be your karma,’” Latto said. “And if that's the case, just pray for me ‘cause I wasn't the easiest out of the two.”
21 Savage’s daughter with Latto makes the rapper’s fourth child, as he has 2 older sons with Keyanna Joseph and another daughter from a previous relationship. After giving birth, Latto linked up with Joseph for pictures that were posted to Instagram last month before claiming on The Breakfast Club that Joseph and 21 Savage were no longer married.
