Suge Knight is looking back on his relationship with Eve.

During a conversation with The Art of Dialogue, the incarcerated music exec rehashed his longstanding beef with Dr. Dre and addressed rumors about dating Eve.

“I still got a love for Eve today,” Knight said. “I like gangsta bitches. I like bitches that about their money, about their life, to fight for what they want.”

Suge then turned his attention to Dre. “All Eve had to do is nod her motherfucking head and I would’ve broke Andre’s motherfucking jaw.”

Knight’s comments from Eve’s 2024 memoir, Who’s That Girl?, where she claimed she got even with Dre after dropping her from Aftermath Records by dating Knight. While Knight didn’t substantiate her claims, he didn’t deny them either, and called her his “home girl” during his conversation with The Art of Dialogue.

“Eve is a survivor,” Knight added. “I think Eve’s platform and Interscope [Records] was smaller than her. And she was so ahead of the game, and her lyrics, and when she knew what she wanted to do, it probably got jealousy involved in it. And that’s probably what happened,” he said.

Eve joined Aftermath when she was 17 and dropped shortly after. She later signed with Ruff Ryders and Interscope, under which she released her debut album, Let There Be Eve...Ruff Ryders' First Lady.
