Chelsea Handler is looking back on her brief romance with 50 Cent with a mix of admiration, humor, and a little bit of chaos, and she's making it clear she still has love for how the rapper moves today, especially when it comes to his relentless trolling of Diddy.
During a recent appearance on the We Might Be Drunk podcast, Handler praised 50's ongoing public campaign against Diddy, saying his approach thoroughly entertains her.
"I love what he's doing to Diddy. I love what Fiddy's doing to Diddy," she said, before adding, "Yeah, he's relentless. He's great."
Handler, who dated 50 Cent years ago, even joked that watching him stir the pot made her consider getting back together with him.
"I should probably revisit that," she quipped.
Handler also made a bold claim about where she stands in 50's dating history: she says she's one of the only exes he refuses to clown.
"I'm the only one he doesn't ever talk shit about," Handler said. "Apparently… he talks shit about all of his exes, and I'm one of the only ones he talks about respectfully."
According to the comedian, there's a simple reason for that; she believes she was the perfect situation for him.
"He's not going to have anything bad to say about me," she said. "I'm a dream for him. I was a dream."
Her latest comments arrive during a week when Handler also brought 50 into her comedy set on a much bigger stage. While hosting the Critics' Choice Awards earlier this month, Handler threw a lighthearted jab at her ex when referencing his recent involvement with a Netflix Diddy docuseries.
She told the audience, "The cast of KPop Demon Hunters is here — not to be confused with Netflix's other music movie, 50 Cent: Diddy Hunter."
