After Cam’ron and Jim Jones reignited tension by trading shots on social media, 50 Cent has chimed in.
In Cam’s post, which kicked off the latest round of insults, he shared a blunt message without naming Jones directly: “How u worried about me when ya heat off and rent due.” Jones hopped into the comments, making it abundantly clear that he believed the shot was aimed at him after claims circulated online that he owed money to the landlord of the building where he films his podcast with Maino, Dave East, and Fabolous.
“Damn I hope you can all chip in, and get the heat back on,” Fif wrote alongside a screenshot of Cam’s post.
In a follow-up, he posted a screenshot of Jones commenting on Cam’s post. “Do ur shoe punk,” Jones wrote, to which Cam replied, “What’s wrong Capo? Ya heat off too? I ain’t know… Hate for you to be 50yrs old wit no heat. What’s ya Zelle bro? I got u.”
“Dam Jim mad, with all this pressure,” Fif joked. “I hope he is alright CAM is laughing at him. LOL maybe they can start a fire and all stand around it.”
In one final post, he shared a video that appeared to show Jones getting a plate of food. “Damn it man,” he wrote in the caption. “It’s cold as a bitch over there huh? Fuck it you cooo LOL.”
Cam and Jones have a complicated history together as key members of Dipset. They’ve frequently reunited publicly, performing onstage together, but tensions have repeatedly resurfaced. In the latest series of insults, Jones called Cam “soft” in several comments, while Cam reiterated the claim that Jones is broke.
“Yea but my heat on. And I’m warm, you 50 years old, tough and cold,” Cam wrote. “But dead ass tho Capo, ya heat off for real??”
