Shia LaBeouf’s Mardi Gras controversy is showing no signs of slowing down, with another person now claiming to have been involved in a physical altercation with the actor.

According to TMZ, an arrest warrant for LaBeouf was issued on Friday (February 27) in connection to an incident that the 39-year-old actor was a part of at French Quarter bar R Bar on February 17.

A video doing the rounds online shows LaBeouf being warned to stay on the ground and being punched by a man when he attempted to stand up.

"Multiple people attempted to hold him down," a police rep told Complex. "He was eventually let up in hopes that he would leave, but he reportedly again struck the same victim with closed fists to the victim’s upper body. LaBeouf then reportedly assaulted another person, punching him in the nose. LaBeouf was again held down until police arrived."

The Transformers star was eventually transported to a hospital and arrested on two charges of simple battery before being released on his own recognizance.

The new warrant stems from an additional victim, whose identity has not been revealed.

After being released, LaBeouf returned to Bourbon Street, where he’s been spotted attending live events and even kissing a mystery woman. Following his arrest, it was revealed that the actor and his wife of nine years, actor Mia Goth, had separated last year. The estranged couple share a three-year-old daughter, Isabel.

LaBeouf attended a hearing on Thursday (February 26), and after rebuffing a reporter from asking him questions, he was set a $100,000 bail and ordered to a drug testing and substance abuse treatment. The actor was also denied permission to attend his father’s baptism in Rome, Italy, next month.

Even after being accused of "causing a disturbance and becoming increasingly aggressive" during the February 17 incident, LaBeouf called for his release on X.
