Shia LaBeouf was spotted being handsy with a mystery woman in New Orleans one year after splitting from his ex-wife, actress Mia Goth.
According to TMZ, the Transformers actor spent his Saturday night (Feb. 21) with a woman at a bar on New Orleans’ famed Bourbon Street. LaBeouf reportedly spent 45 minutes with the woman while overlooking the bar in the venue’s balcony and at one point, kissed her. LaBeouf purchased a $1 million home in New Orleans last year.
Witnesses told TMZ that the entertainer appeared slightly intoxicated, but otherwise enjoyed himself one week after being arrested during Mardi Gras. Footage from the incident showed that LaBeouf was assaulted by a man, who warned the actor to stay on the ground. The 39-year-old was later transported to an area hospital to treat his injuries before being arrested and charged with two counts of simple battery.
“Investigators say a man identified as 39-year-old Shia LaBeouf was reportedly causing a disturbance and becoming increasingly aggressive at a Royal Street business,” police told Complex. “A staff member attempted to eject Mr. LaBeouf from the establishment. Once removed from the building, the victim reported being struck by LaBeouf, who used his closed fists on the victim several times.”
While footage of LaBeouf being beaten went viral, it was reported that he and Goth had separated last year after nine years of marriage.
The couple began dating in 2012 while filming erotic film Nymphomaniac Vol. II, and two years following their marriage in 2016, they briefly separated before reconciling in 2020. The MaXXXine actress shares a three-year-old daughter, Isabel, with LaBeouf.
Amid their 2025 separation, Goth reportedly wanted LaBeouf to go to rehab for his apparent alcoholism.
