Alix Earle dated Houston Texans wide receiver Braxton Berrios for around two years. The pair made their red carpet debut at the 2023 ESPYS and she confirmed they were dating later that year on a Call Her Daddy live show. However, the couple split in December 2025. Since then, Earle has been candid with her followers about how hard she’s been taking the loss.
“I feel like the weirdest thing with my breakup and just going through it and being alone is just, being alone,” she said in a Tiktok posted on January 20. “Obviously, I have friends, family, whatever. I feel like just having that stability of a male partner or even just someone to talk to or distract me is so weird.”
However, in a new TikTok posted on April 6, the star revealed that she was going on her first date since the split. "I don't know what I'm scared for,” she said while applying her makeup, explaining that she had a “nervous feeling in her stomach."
“Someone did slide into my DMs,” she revealed after stating she refuses to join any dating apps. “So I was like, ‘Sure.’ Honestly, he made it about skincare which is why I was like, ‘What? He needs a PR box?’”
She didn’t announce who the mystery man was, but she spoke about the plans he set for their evening, which involved an hour-long car ride to Malibu, California. “Not sure how I feel,” she continued. “He was like, ‘I’ll pick you up, we can walk by the beach. We can get some food.’ I’m like, ‘Go on a walk?’ OK. I don’t know what to wear.”
Earle ended the video with an honest admission. “I know it’s been four months since my breakup,” she said. “But it feels weird still. I’m like, ‘This feels wrong.’ I don’t like this feeling.”
