Just weeks after publicly revealing her ALS diagnosis, Jenny Slatten is showing fans that not every aspect of her life has changed. Ahead of a new episode of 90 Day: The Last Resort, the longtime 90 Day Fiancé star joined husband Sumit Singh for a candid conversation about their relationship, including a surprisingly open discussion about their sex life.

The clip was released as a preview for a sex therapy session featured on the show, where cast members are encouraged to discuss intimacy, attraction, and communication. During the exchange, Sumit asked his wife a question that quickly became one of the most talked-about moments in the preview.

“So, baby, what is kinking?” he asked.

Jenny's answer was direct. “Freaky sex,” she replied, prompting laughter from her husband.

Sumit kept the conversation going, asking, “Freaky, like how freaky?”

“Like, do anything you want,” Jenny explained.

When Sumit followed up by asking whether their marriage included that kind of experimentation, Jenny shut the question down with a smile.

“No, we're good,” she said.

Sumit agreed, describing their relationship as “traditional” and adding, “No kinking.”

The lighthearted exchange arrives during what has otherwise been a deeply emotional period for the couple. Earlier this year, Jenny publicly disclosed that she had been diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, after months of uncertainty surrounding her health.

In a statement shared with fans, Jenny revealed that rumors suggesting she had suffered a stroke were inaccurate.

“There was a rumor that I had a stroke, but it turned out to be ALS,” she wrote. “At first, we tried to keep it private because it's been very emotional and overwhelming for us.”

ALS is a progressive neurological disease that affects nerve cells controlling movement, speech, swallowing, and breathing. There is currently no cure, though treatments and clinical trials may help slow progression in some patients.

Jenny later told fans she remains optimistic and is focused on living her life as fully as possible. She and Sumit have also said they are exploring treatment options and are open to learning about new therapies and clinical research opportunities.

The couple's relationship has been one of the most recognizable storylines in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. Since first appearing on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way in 2019, they have navigated family opposition, cultural differences, a significant age gap, and years of public scrutiny.

Through it all, both have consistently emphasized their commitment to each other. Speaking recently about their marriage, Sumit reflected on how his outlook on life has changed since meeting Jenny.

“Honestly, I never felt this much love,” he said. “I feel like doing things for someone who you love gives you happiness.”
