The first trailer for the long-awaited third season of Euphoria is finally here, and it offers an update on what Sydney Sweeney’s character Cassie has been up to.
The trailer teases that the new season will take place a few years after the core cast have graduated high school, and we get a look at what everyone has been up to since the last season aired in 2022. Perhaps the most interesting update comes with Jacob Elrodia’s Nate and Sydney Sweeney’s Cassie, who have gotten engaged. The trailer indicates that Cassie has since become an OnlyFans-style content creator.
“I work all day, and my bride-to-be is spread-eagled on the internet,” Nate complains, to which Cassie replies, “I was just making content.”
When production of Season 3 was concluding last year, Sweeney caught up with Entertainment Weekly and said, “Cassie might need to find God.” Perhaps that was a little tease of what was to come from Cassie in the new season.
Alexa Demie, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, Hunter Schafer, Maude Apatow, and Colman Domingo are among the other returning stars you can expect to see in Euphoria’s third run.
