Reginae Carter gave fans a candid glimpse into her childhood, after opening up about her dad Lil Wayne’s dating life.
While speaking with Toie Ashanti during a recent episode of her podcast Heir Time, Reginae posed a question about growing up around her father’s relationships and whether Toie, whose father is Rick Ross, ever became attached to one of her dad’s girlfriends.
That led Reginae to reflect on her own experiences, revealing she had a soft spot for several women Wayne dated over the years.
“I was telling my friend the other day… how like I used to love Nivea,” she said. “I begged for Niv to come to my party. Like I used to dress like Nivea for my party.”
She continued, listing other women she admired growing up, including Trina and Solange Knowles.
“Girl, I love Nivea. I love Trina. I love Solange… Yeah. He had a few. I love everybody,” Reginae added.
Her comments were lighthearted, framed more as nostalgia than revelation, as she spoke about how those relationships shaped her childhood in a positive way. The moment also offered a rare personal perspective on Lil Wayne’s life outside of music, highlighting how his relationships intersected with family life in ways fans don’t often hear about.
