A Mexican couple got hitched and headed straight to a custom-built casita inspired by Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX halftime performance.
As shown in an Instagram reel posted on Tuesday (March 17), a couple in Tequisquiapan, a town in Querétaro, Mexico, replicated the prop for their recent wedding reception.
According to TMZ, the structure was built within four days by a team of six. Footage of the moment was shared online by wedding planner Valentina Corrow, who captioned the reel with, “They're playing Bad Bunny's ‘La Casita’ at the wedding.”
The casita was unveiled at 7:30 p.m., and like the Super Bowl in February, guests flocked to the prop and danced alongside the bride and groom.
During the Super Bowl segment, Cardi B, Jessica Alba, Pedro Pascal, Young Miko, and Karol G were among the special guests dancing in the casita while Bad Bunny performed on the stage above them.
The casita was also used during Bad Bunny’s No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí residency in Puerto Rico last year, with celebrities including LeBron James and Austin Butler joining the six-time Grammy winner.
A surprise wedding was held at the Super Bowl last month between two fans who originally invited Bad Bunny to their ceremony. Immediately after the nuptials, Lady Gaga was brought out to perform a salsa rendition of “Die With a Smile,” minus collaborator Bruno Mars.
Ricky Martin was also a special guest and covered Bad Bunny’s “Lo Que Le Pasó a Hawaii.”
