50 Cent debunked speculation that his next entertainment project will be a LeBron James documentary.

Last month, a user on X, formerly Twitter, tweeted that she saw a report that the G-Unit Film & Television Studios creator would be executive producing a doc about LeBron. With Fifty’s most recent television docuseries being a successful Netflix exposé about Diddy, the allegation didn’t seem far-fetched to some.

According to the social media user, the alleged documentary about the Los Angeles Lakers small forward would have “nothing to do with basketball.”

“Ayo LeBron… stop actin’ like you innocent. You next,” Fif’s alleged tweet read. “And it ain’t about basketball champ.”

Over a month after the tweet surfaced, Fif called cap on the alleged tweet and the project itself in an Instagram post on Wednesday (February 4). “This is all cap,” the rapper and entertainment mogul captioned the post. “03 is me and LeBron & Carmelo they be making up shit !”

Since the record-breaking viewership of Sean Combs: The Reckoning last December, Fif has turned his attention to Jay-Z by threatening to create a documentary addressing the 25-time Grammy winner being mentioned among three million documents in the Jeffery Epstein files, per Variety.

Despite no LeBron doc, 50 Cent did appear in the 2024 music documentary How Music Got Free, which was executive produced by LeBron and Eminem.

The Reckoning amassed a viewership of over twenty-two million in its first week last December, scoring nearly as many views as the final season of Stranger Things. The documentary explored Diddy’s last days of freedom before heading to court for sex trafficking and racketeering, along with allegations of abuse and mistreatment that have followed the music tycoon throughout his career.
