SHINee will soon return to the stage.
On Friday (March 27), the iconic four-piece K-pop boy group — Onew, Key, Minho, and Taemin — announced they will hold a series of three concerts in Seoul, South Korea. The concert series, titled The Trilogy I - 2026 SHINee WORLD VIII: [THE INVERT], is scheduled for May 29 to 31 at KSPO Dome.
This will be the group's first time performing together in a year, and will mark Key's first performance of any kind following five months away on hiatus following a controversy over his reported relationship with an alleged unlicensed medical practitioner nicknamed “Injection Aunt.”
For Korean fans of SHINee, fan club pre-sales begin on March 30 at 8 p.m. KST, and general sales will open on April 1 at 8 p.m. KST.
International fans living outside of South Korea may be able to secure tickets with SM Entertainment’s official global travel website.
Originally a quintet, SHINee made their debut under SM Entertainment in 2008. The group quickly rose to success with hits like “Replay,” “Lucifer,” “Sherlock (Clue + Note),” and “View.”
The group experienced the tragic loss of member Jonghyun, who died in 2017. SHINee’s surviving members dedicated their 2018 album The Story of Light and its single “Our Page” totheir late bandmate.
Lately, the members of SHINee have been active with solo projects, as Onew released his EP Tough Love earlier this month and Minho dropped his debut solo single “Tempo” in December.
Taemin recently signed to Galaxy Corporation, effectively making him labelmates with BIGBANG star G-Dragon. He will perform a solo set at Coachella 2026, and will be featured in a solo exhibit at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles opening April 1.
