Deputies descended on Nicki Minaj’s Los Angeles residence after a trespasser allegedly entered her property.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the man, seen on camera roaming the backyard early Wednesday morning (April 1), was described as a white with a big red beard and long hair, wearing a gray tracksuit. The suspect was arrested at the scene.
The outlet reports that the 43-year-old rapper was not home at the time.
The incident comes after Minaj recently avoided losing her Hidden Hills home over a $500,000 judgment awarded to Thomas Weidenmuller, a bodyguard whom her husband, Kenneth Petty, was accused of attacking.
Minaj could have been forced to sell the mansion to pay the debt, but she satisfied the amount in January before any sale proceedings moved forward.
The artist had been the target of multiple swatting incidents at her L.A. mansion over the past several years.
In a since-deleted post from November 2025, Minaj claimed that the swatting incidents, which saw “20 officers with guns drawn” at her home while her son was at home, were due to “political corruption.”
Minaj and her company, Pink Friday Productions, were recently hit with a lawsuit from the production company 24/7 Productions, claiming she shortchanged them out of more than $275,000 after providing live entertainment production services for her iHeartRadio Jingle Ball performances and the launch of her Pink Friday 2 album.
Minaj has not made any public comments about the lawsuit, while Alex Bruesewitz, a senior adviser to President Donald Trump and friend to Minaj, denied TMZ’s reporting.
“Another day, another TMZ lie about @NICKIMINAJ,” Bruesewitz, 29, wrote on his X account at the time. “This is completely false!”
