KARA
KARA (카라) is a South Korean K-pop girl group that debuted in 2007 under DSP Media and became one of the most influential acts of K-pop’s second generation. Known for hit songs such as “Mister,” “Lupin,” “Jumping,” and “STEP,” the group gained widespread popularity across Asia and played a major role in expanding K-pop’s presence in Japan. After going on an indefinite hiatus in 2016, the group reunited in 2022 to celebrate their 15th anniversary and continues to be celebrated for its lasting impact on the Korean Wave.
