Cam’ron is giving fans a peek into where one of his most recognizable fashion pieces ended up, and it’s not in his closet.

During a recent appearance on The Danza Project, the Harlem rapper revealed that his signature pink fur coat is currently in Drake’s possession, displayed inside what he described as the Toronto star’s personal “museum.”

“Drake has it in his museum, but if I need it, I could get it,” Cam’ron said, explaining that the arrangement is mutual and understood between the two. “He got a couple of my jackets… I told him my stuff just be collecting dust in the crib.”

Rather than keeping the pieces tucked away, Cam’ron said he prefers them to be seen and appreciated.

“I rather the people come through to his house and see it than it just sit in my closet,” he added.

The pink fur, which has become synonymous with Cam’ron’s early-2000s image, holds a unique place in hip-hop fashion history. According to Cam, its popularity even led him to purchase multiple versions of the coat at the time.

“I had three of them… that pink fur became its own person,” he said, noting that demand for the piece has continued years later.

Cam’ron also shared that institutions have taken interest in the jacket, including a request from a Bronx-based hip-hop museum looking to feature one of the coats as part of its collection.

In addition to the pink fur, Cam confirmed that Drake also has his diamond-studded jacket designed by Jeff Hamilton. He said the pieces were used during Drake’s performances before ending up in his collection.

“He used both my jackets at the shows… but we talked about it,” Cam’ron said, making clear there was no issue between them. “Not on no stealing… that’s my [guy].”

Drake later reacted to the clip online, showing love to Cam’ron by calling him “my brother and our idol.”
