Kayla Nicole is tired of the "overwhelming" trolling on social media, but she said she refuses to entertain online gossip about herself.

The sports commentator and influencer dated Travis Kelce on and off from 2017 to 2022, and Kayla she's still being targeted amid the NFL star's relationship with Taylor Swift.

On Monday's episode of Cameron Brink and Sydel Curry-Lee-hosted podcast Straight to Cam, Kayla said that she's learned to log out when trolling becomes "too much."

"Because it’s not the real world, there’s life happening beyond the internet," Kayla said around the 45:30-minute mark of the video below. "It's kind of like a vacuum, too, if it becomes so overwhelming that you think that that is like all that exists."

Kayla suggested that "people need to start doing psych evaluations before you can create a new Instagram account with a fake profile and a weird picture."

The Special Forces: World's Toughest Test winner also addressed Reddit boards about herself, which she said she refuses to visit.

"I see someone in my comments at least once a week, like, 'Girl, they are going in on you on Reddit,'" she shared. "It's like, 'Why are you over there on Reddit anyway?' I don't even look. I can't."

Kayla occasionally talks about how she's been disrespected on social media after Kelce began dating Swift in 2023. On an episode of Special Forces, she claimed that she gets "a lot of shit" now that her ex is "dating such a mega superstar."

Kelce has also been heckled about his breakup with Kayla, namely by C.J. Gardner-Johnson following Super Bowl LIX.
