Steph Curry's Sister Has a ‘Bone to Pick’ With Shai-Gilgeous Alexander After Posting Pics of Brother

She jokingly wondered why SGA posted about beating her brother on the court.

Steph Curry’s little sister, Sydel Curry-Lee, has a “bone to pick with” with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

Curry-Lee spoke about her beef with SGA on the first episode of her new podcast Straight to Cam where she co-hosts with Los Angeles Sparks player Cameron Brink. It all stems from SGA’s iconic fit pictures that he shares on Instagram.

In one post, SGA shared an outfit with a reference to the Bay Area legend E-40 and added the caption, “I was feeling like E-40 in the Bay, so I had to go dumbbbbb.”

Of course, going “dumbbbbb” for SGA meant doing like usual — cooking other players on the basketball court. Curry-Lee noted that in this particular Instagram post, he shared a series of clips of him giving Steph the business. SGA was blocking shots, stealing the ball, and even crossing up Curry-Lee’s legendary older brother.

"But why are there like four other clips of him against Stephen," Curry-Lee wondered. "And no other player gets that. No other post gets that."

Curry-Lee then made it clear that SGA has never posted like that about anyone else after Brink said that he did it because he was guarding Steph.

"I don't like that," Curry-Lee added. "Great player. Great player though." You can watch the full episode above.

Steph, and Curry-Lee better watch out if SGA’s recent play isn’t enough to suggest that Steph will be in another IG post soon. SGA recently had his second career game with more than 50 points — and the second in the span of just four games. His team still lost, ironically to the Warriors, but SGA’s on fire. He’s the NBA’s scoring leader at 32.5 points per game.

Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins showered him with praise after the game. "He's cold," admitted Wiggins about SGA. "He's tough. He can score at all three levels; he gets to the foul line and he doesn't stop. The whole game he's at you. ... We did the best we can."
