Latto surprised the internet by revealing not only her new album, but her new pregnancy. However, not everyone is excited about the news.
On Friday (March 20), Le’Veon Bell hopped on X to share his opinion on the situation.
“Latto just announced she’s pregnant by a married man with 3 kids and made it part of her ALBUM ROLL OUT .. and that’s who today’s women look up to? we’re doomed,” Bell tweeted.
On Thursday night, Latto revealed that she’s pregnant, with people speculating it’s with her alleged boyfriend, 21 Savage. That’s likely who Bell is referring to in his tweet.
21 has three kids, two sons named Kamari and Ashaad, and a daughter named Rhian. While Rhian’s mother’s identity has remained private, Kamari and Ashaad’s mother is Keyanna Joseph. There is speculation that 21 is married to Joseph, given that they share the same last name. 21 Savage’s birth name is Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph.
Fans also noticed Joseph liking Latto’s pregnancy announcement on Instagram.
Latto’s pregnancy announcement was a part of the rollout for her forthcoming album, Big Mama.
“I ain't go missing. I had to give y'all time to miss me,” Latto said in her announcement. “Before you run the game, you got to take baby steps to go the distance. Home to the studio, studio back home.”
She continued, “Listening to every beat, feeling every kick. Ever since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of having my own. Big Mama, but this time the stake's way bigger. Now it's on me to deliver.”
