Giannis Antetokounmpo Tells IShowSpeed He’ll ‘Probably’ Stay in Milwaukee: ‘We’ll See'

IShowSpeed also dunked a basketball on the court Giannis grew up playing on.

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo linked up with IShowSpeed for a stream in his home country of Greece, and provided everyone with a murky update about his future.

Last month, Giannis said he was planning for "the greatest offseason of all time" and called on Speed, as well as Kai Cenat, to help him get into streaming. "Man, help a brother out," he said during a TikTok stream. Less than a month later, he joined forces with Speed during the streamer's latest tour of Europe, which has already seen him hit up Croatia and Serbia.

At the start of the stream, the two hung out on the court where Giannis dunked for the first time.

The NBA star didn't believe that Speed, who is considerably shorter, was capable of dunking, so he challenged him to dunk on the first rim he ever did. To Giannis' surprise, Speed just about pulled it off. "Let's go!" Speed said after pulling it off. "I got my first dunk where Giannis got his first dunk at!"

Later in the stream, Speed asked Giannis about his future in the NBA, with Giannis remarking that a lot of people want him to play for the New York Knicks. "A lot of people have tried to convince me to go play there," he told Speed. When asked if he'll stick with the Bucks, Giannis replied, "Probably, we'll see... I love Milwaukee."

While enjoying some food, Speed also asked Giannis if he could arrange a meeting with Michael Jordan for him. "I want him to come tomorrow, when we have the meeting, I want him to come with me for like, 5-10 minutes to shake MJ's hand," Giannis asked one of his contacts, who told him that she would need to "run it by the boss."

Giannis also said he didn't want to race Speed. like so many before him. "If I work out for like, two years, just track and field workouts every day, maybe [I'd] have a chance," he laughed.

Giannis clearly enjoyed Speed's company, even if he ended up breaking his chair when they were dining because he was laughing too hard.
