A group of pigeons might have discriminated against IShowSpeed while he tried to feed them during a recent livestream.
While streaming in Serbia during his first visit to the country on Tuesday (July 8), the streamer was given a local tour before stopping upon pigeons. Around the two-hour mark of the video above, Speed complained that he was in the car for "two minutes" and had "no time to rest" before he spotted a man feeding the birds.
"Aye, pigeon man!" Speed shouted. His tour guide spoke to the man, who offered him the bird feed, but Speed fell flat on getting the pigeons to bite. "Hold it in your hands so maybe they can come, you know?" the guide suggested.
But Speed went for it, tossing the seeds on the ground, which made them scatter. "Here, pigeons–eat up!" he shouted.
Speed jokingly got offended when the pigeons flew away, asking, "'Cause I'm Black?"
"Naw, that's crazy," he continued. "Soon as a Black man feeds the pigeons, they leave. Naw, that's crazy, bruh."
Speed went on to ask the guide why the birds started "running" when he approached. After the guide claimed that the man originally feeding the birds said it was because he's Black, Speed was surprised, although it was just a joke.
But the incident didn't stop Speed from enjoying his visit, as he went out for an authentic Turkish meal, danced to music played by a guitarist and accordion player, and was swarmed by fans nearly everywhere he went.
