Nike is bringing back one of the most popular colorways of the Kobe 9 Low, as evidenced by the Protro version of the "Moonwalker" makeup surfacing.
Newly leaked images of the "Moonwalker" Kobe 9 Low Protro from @Byrd_kickz on Instagram reveal that this year's pair features a purple and silver color scheme identical to the original version. In true Protro form, the upcoming retro is equipped with Nike's React cushioning in the midsole for added responsiveness. Completing the design is a translucent outsole paired with a graphic of the moon within the interior.
The "Moonwalker" Kobe 9 Low was first released in 2014 and the colorway was designed as a tribute to the legendary Michael Jackson.
