As confirmed during the latest SNKRS Showcase earlier this month, the beloved black and varsity red "Cough Drop" Nike Foamposite One is rereleasing as part of the brand's Fall 2025 lineup.
Images of this year's "Cough Drop" Foamposite One retro have emerged, revealing that the upcoming version retains that traditional black Foamposite upper paired with varsity red hits on the mini Swoosh, the 1 Cent logo on the heel, and on the semi-translucent outsole.
The black and varsity red Foamposite One colorway was first introduced in 2007, but fans didn't begin referring to this iteration as the "Cough Drop" until its 2010 release.
Despite images of the sneaker surfacing, a firm release date for the "Cough Drop" Foamposite One retro has yet to be announced by Nike. Check back soon for official updates.
