Not only did Vanessa Bryant show off her exclusive Swarovski crystal-covered "Halo" Nike Kobe 3 Protro on social media yesterday, she also previewed a new version of Kobe Bryant's third signature shoe.
Shared on Vanessa's Instagram late last night was an initial look at the Kobe 3 Low Protro. The Eric Avar-designed Kobe 3 silhouette was released in 2008 as a mid-top. This will mark the first time that the Kobe 3 will hit retailers in low-top form and will arrive next year.
The first Kobe 3 Low colorway comes in the memorial "Halo" makeup that typically releases around Kobe's birthday (Aug. 23). It features a mesh-based upper, a pebbled leather toe box, a Cushlon 3.0 midsole equipped with a Zoom Strobel unit, and a diamond-shaped pattern on the outsole.
Despite a first look from Vanessa, the "Halo" Kobe 3 Low won't release until sometime in 2026. Check back soon for new developments, including official release details, in the coming months.
