Trevor Noah is set to host the 2026 Grammy Awards—and it will be his last time emceeing the event.

Who is hosting the 2026 Grammy Awards?

According to a press release, Noah will return to the Grammy Awards this year as both executive producer and host, which will be his last time to host after six years.

"I am beyond thrilled to welcome Trevor Noah back to host the Grammys for his sixth, and sadly, final time,” executive producer Ben Winston said in a statement for CBS. “He’s been the most phenomenal host of the show. He’s so smart, so funny, and such a true fan of the artists and music. His impact on the show has been truly spectacular, and we can’t wait to do it together one last time.”

Noah hosted the Grammys in 2021 for the first time, taking over for Alicia Keys, who ran the show in 2019 and 2020. He’s hosted every show since.

When are the 2026 Grammy Awards?

Catch Noah hosting the Grammys on Feb. 1 live from 8-11:30 ET/5-8:30 p.m. PT.

Kendrick Lamar leads in nominations with nine total, including for Album of the Year. Other artists who have multiple nominations are Tyler, the Creator; Clipse; Bad Bunny; SZA; and Sabrina Carpenter.

Clipse and Pharrell have let it be known that they are seeking Grammys. In a conversation with Billboard, Pharrell revealed that they all want this year’s trophies “for our parents.”

According to Pharrell, it’s “their time” to be recognized by the Recording Academy.

“You got people who get them and pee on them, and we ain’t doing none of that,” Pharrell joked in the interview. “We want them for our parents.”

Pharrell’s comment seemingly referenced a clip that the artist formerly known as Kanye West shared on social media in 2020 that showed him urinating on his golden gramophone.
