Travis Scott, who has 10 total Grammy nominations to his name but zero wins, predicts he will eventually see success at the Recording Academy’s annual celebration of the best in music.

In a timely X update shared on Nov. 7, the same day 2026 Grammys nominees were announced, Scott responded to a post listing himself alongside other artists—like Nicki Minaj and Playboi Carti, to name a couple—who have never taken home a win.

“This will change for me one day,” La Flame, who recently surprised fans in Japan with a mid-show appearance by the artist formerly known as Kanye West, wrote. “[Just] wait.”

During a performance at the 2024 Grammys ceremony, Scott, whose past nominations include Best Rap Album nods for Utopia and Astroworld, voiced his frustrations during a live rendition of fan-favorite “FE!N” with Playboi Carti.

“They slept on me 10 times!” Scott expressed at the time, tweaking a line from the hit Utopia track’s first verse.

Scott and those close to him have aired similar frustrations in the past, including in connection with prior snubs for his 2016 album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight.

Vying for Best Rap Album at the upcoming 2026 ceremony are Clipse’s Let God Sort Em Out; GloRilla’s Glorious; J.I.D’s God Does Like Ugly; Kendrick Lamar’s GNX; and Tyler, The Creator’s CHROMAKOPIA. Winners will be unveiled during a live ceremony next February, with a host still to be announced.

At the 2025 ceremony, Best Rap Album went to Doechii’s Alligator Bites Never Heal.
