A nonprofit dedicated to lowering the risk of prostate cancer is challenging men to masturbate at least 21 times a month.
The nonprofit, FCancer, has gone viral for its new initiative —a challenge to men to ejaculate at least 21 times a month because it may reduce the risk of prostate cancer by up to 20%.
They realize that’s a large ask for anyone, so to make it seem a bit less…tiresome, the nonprofit released a catchy music video that outlines the many ways that people refer to masturbation.
Though it’s only slightly longer than a minute-and-a-half, the grand song goes through all of the common ways that people refer to masturbating, such as “choking the chicken” and “stroking the pipe,” to even some more inventive ones, like “spanking the monkey” and “peeling the banana.”
You can check out the music video and the campaign over on beatcanceroff.com. There, you’ll find the visuals for each masturbation method as shareable assets to social media so you can remind your followers to rub one out to prevent cancer.
According to the website, the benefits of masturbating at least 21 times per month are that it reduces stagnation of prostatic fluid, helps to flush out any potential carcinogens, could alter gene expression in prostate tissue, and even strengthens your prostate gland, which ultimately protects against cancer.
As a final piece of the campaign, FCancer has released what it’s claiming to be the first smart watch app to track how many times you wank so you can reach the goal. It’s currently available on the Apple App Store.
