Miami Art Week Just Ended — Here’s a Look at What Happened After Dark

After the installations closed, Miami kept going. Art Week moved into the night with appearances from Skillibeng, Rihanna, 50 Cent, and more.

Miami Art Week wrapped last weekend, which is rough news for anyone who missed it, but great news for everyone now scrolling through the aftermath. Since the fairs, parties, and pop-ups cleared out, artists, brands, and attendees have been steadily posting clips and photos, giving the rest of the internet a clean look at what actually went down after the sun set.

One of the highlights still making the rounds online is Weedmaps’ Kickback Miami, a one-night event that took place during Art Week at Toe Jam Backlot in Wynwood. On Saturday, December 13, the cannabis tech platform shared a 15-slide carousel recapping the evening, captioned, “Miami showed OUT. 🌴🔥” — and the footage backed it up.

According to Miami New Times, the event was headlined by Tokischa and Skillibeng, with DJ Silent Addy and DJ Venus handling the decks throughout the night.

Grammy-winning producer and DJ Ricci Riera was also in attendance and shared clips from the night on social media. “I had the pleasure of curating the music for @weedmaps Kickback Miami Art Basel edition 2025. S/o to all the DJs & Artists that pulled up! Hope y’all had fun ✌️❤️,” Riera wrote in the caption.

Kickback Miami was one slice of a much bigger Miami Art Week nightlife calendar. Elsewhere that same week, celebrity sightings hit other rooms across the city — including Lori Harvey and Damson Idris, who were reportedly spotted at E11EVEN, where 50 Cent took the stage.

According to W Magazine, the “Candy Shop” rapper didn't stop there, performing again at Hublot’s Big Bang 20th anniversary party at Basement inside The Miami Beach EDITION, where photographers captured guest shots throughout the night, including Diplo.

The electronic music star made the rounds as well, delivering DJ sets at other Art Week events across the city.

Art Week’s after-hours circuit went beyond clubs, too. Rihanna was photographed at Ray-Ban’s Clubhouse, showing support for A$AP Rocky as he appeared in his role as the brand’s creative director.

And while not an “after dark” party moment, Lindsay Lohan also made Miami Art Week headlines after appearing at the Wellness Oasis event. “Calm. Centered. Grateful. ✨ Thank you @_thewellnessoasis,” the Freaky Friday star wrote alongside photos from the appearance.

Held each year alongside Art Basel Miami Beach, Miami Art Week has grown into a citywide fixture that takes over the first week of December. With fairs and exhibitions by day and parties stretching late into the night, the annual event is already set to return next year. According to the Art Basel site, “Ticket information for Art Basel Miami Beach 2026 will be displayed here soon.”
