Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox haven't gotten back together but are reportedly healthily co-parenting for the sake of their infant daughter.

As reported by TMZ, although the exes have been spotted together several times over the past few months, they live in separate households. The Subservience actress is said to have sole custody of their daughter, Sage Blade, who was born last March. Fox also has three sons with her ex-husband, actor Brian Austin Green, while MGK has a teenage daughter from a previous relationship.

Last October, a source told People that MGK and Fox had been "together often" after breaking up months before Sage's birth.

"[MGK] spends pretty much every night at her house with the baby, and they act like a couple, but they haven’t put a label on it or made anything official," the source said.

MGK and Fox began dating in 2020 before getting engaged two years later but have been on-again, off-again multiple times before reportedly breaking up once more in December 2024. The following month, MGK appeared to suggest in an Instagram post that the news was false.

If anyone knows how to have a good co-parenting relationship with Fox, it's Green, who said during a November episode of podcast Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum that they've learned to "stay out of each other's way."

"We're not going to all of a sudden just be great friends as we're co-parenting. We stopped being together because we didn't get along as well as we did when we first did," the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star said. "So let's take that expectation out of it and just resign to the fact that, 'Listen, I only care about the health and wellness of my kids.'"
