Machine Gun Kelly shared a surprising story about his wrecked yellow Camaro while giving fans a tour of his home in a new YouTube video.

While speaking about his garage, MGK revealed that the bright Camaro, featured in his 2018 "LOCO" music video with Pete Davidson, had once been completely totaled while parked on the street outside his house.

"I had a car, and it was that yellow Camaro that I bought that's in the 'Loco' video with me and Pete," he said. "It used to just sit there and didn't work after a while. One day, we woke up and it was completely totaled."

He added, "All there was was a note on it that was like, 'Hey, I'm so sorry. I just hit your car. Here's my number if you want to ask my insurance company for the money. I'm just an aspiring songwriter who just moved to L.A.'"

Rather than demanding compensation, MGK said he decided to let the situation go and wished the aspiring artist well.

"I felt bad," he explained. "So I just called the number and said, 'Hey, good luck,' and hung up. I didn't ask them for the money."

The wrecked Camaro sat untouched after the accident, and MGK explained that it was his "only car." He eventually added a Range Rover to his collection, but the garage was "useless."
