Ray J considers it unfair that he legally cannot spend time with his children for the holidays.

The R&B singer and reality television personality has been on a no-contact restraining order following his arrest last month after he allegedly pointed a gun at his estranged wife, Princess Love, during a livestream. Ray J was later released on a $50,000 bail, and denies aiming a weapon at Princess, although he claimed to be afraid when his ex and her family members came to retrieve his children, Melody, 7, and Epik, 5.

The restraining order has since been extended, and in a new video, shared by The Shade Room, Ray J reacted negatively towards being unable to see his kids in time for Christmas. The media personality will also be prevented from seeing Epik in time for his sixth birthday.

"Man, I don’t even want to talk about it," Ray J told reporters. "I’m missing my kids. I’m missing Christmas, my son's birthday."

After the Thanksgiving livestream, where Princess emotionally confronted Ray J while picking up their children, she urged her husband of nine years to seek professional help.

"Check yourself into rehab, because you’re more than drunk," she said. "You’re not about to sit here and make me look crazy when I am the best mother since the day my kids been born. Everything I do, I do for my kids, including being around you when I don’t want to or have to."

The estranged spouses announced their fourth try at a divorce last year, which both plan to move forward with despite a brief reconciliation at a Millennium Tour concert.
