Ray J’s ex-girlfriend, television personality Shila Hasanoff, has denied that the pair was involved in a domestic incident when the police were called to the singer’s Los Angeles home last weekend.

As reported by TMZ on Thursday (Feb. 26), the Love Cabin star posted an Instagram Story to speak on the incident.

“I want to make one thing very clear: Ray J has never put his hands on me,” Hasanhoff said, adding that the singer has been under “a lot of pressure lately.”

Hasanhoff also referenced Ray J’s current legal battle with his ex-girlfriend, reality television star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, for defamation.

“And whether people want to agree with him or not, it affects him in ways that people would never understand,” Hasanhoff added.

The media personality explained that during the incident on Saturday (Feb. 21), she attempted to stop Ray J from jumping off the ledge of his home by slapping him.

Hasanhoff added that Ray J has been “suicidal” because of his recent legal woes and health problems.

In response to the video, Ray J denied being suicidal and told TMZ that he’s “perfectly stable.”

He went on to explain that his ex-girlfriend was “very aggressive” on Saturday night and claimed that his “back tooth is loose” from the “massive blow.”

“Hell yeah I called 911 because I left the hotel and she followed me,” Ray J said. "Her apology was sincere and weird at the same time—but we're on good terms."

Hasanhoff and Ray J were reportedly unwilling to talk to police after they were called to the singer’s home to look into the domestic disturbance. Authorities eventually left the residence without an arrest.

Los Angeles police were also called on Ray J last March when he had an argument with his wife of nine years, Princess Love. The estranged couple shares two children.
