Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire spent their Super Bowl turning up to an Ice Cube performance.

The longtime friends and actors attended a Super Bowl LX party hosted by Raising Canes on Sunday (Feb. 8), where they were spotted in the audience dancing along to Cube’s performance of his vicious 1991 diss track “No Vaseline.” The Great Gatsby stars are huge hip-hop fans and are infamously known as members of 1990s clique the Pussy Posse, a group of young male actors who were big in the nightlife scene at the time.

As Popcrush shared, the term “Pussy Posse” originated in a 1998 New York Magazine story about the future Academy Award winner.

“Even before there was Leomania, Leo always traveled with his pack of devotees, known in Hollywood circles as ‘The Pussy Posse,’” wrote former NYM reporter and author Nancy Jo Sales.

The posse included entertainers Lukas Haas and Vincent Laresca and magician David Blaine, although the latter would dismiss the term in a 2025 interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

"I was very lucky as a kid to meet some of the people that I thought were so talented and amazing," Blaine told the publication, adding that being called the Pussy Posse was a “narrative.”

“It was a tabloid thing. Because I’d never even heard that term until years later,” Blaine continued.

In addition to Gatsby, DiCaprio and Maguire starred in dramas This Boy’s Life and Don’s Plum.
