After recently ending his engagement with Blac Chyna, music producer Derrick Milano shared a message about rediscovering his worth.

On Wednesday morning, the Love and Hip Hop: Miami star posted an Instagram Story with an update after he and Chyna, real name Angela White, announced their split. The couple, who got engaged last October, were together for nearly two years.

"Everybody be asking if I'm good," Milano began. “NO I’m not & this has nothing to do with my RELATIONSHIP.”

The producer continued by saying he’s spent time “prioritizing other people[s] dreams, careers and admirations” instead of “pouring” into himself and understanding his “real worth.”

"I’m tired, I’m tired of being misused & taken advantage of. This not [too] many genuine people that move who I move with the same intentions and heart I have. But it’s all good."

Milano ended by assuring that he’ll be "back to myself soon," but is focused on “rest, self [reflection] and [getting] my mental right."

"So I know how to move forward in a world where being the good guy puts you in some of the darkest places," he added. "Like I said prior, NO, I’m not good but I will be."

Blac Chyna and Milano called off their engagement in a joint message last Friday (July 4), writing that they "love each other deeply and are good friends."
