Kylie Jenner and Taylor Swift Embrace at Knicks Game Despite Kim Kardashian Feud

Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, were among some of the many big-name stars to sit courtside at Game 4 of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night.

Also present to witness the New York Knicks’ impressive comeback win over the San Antonio Spurs was Taylor Swift. The 36-year-old was seated alongside sisters, Alana and Este Haim, and Law & Order: SVU actress Mariska Hargitay.

Upon the conclusion of the game with a score of 107-106, the crowd was in an uproar, and both Swift and Jenner were on their feet, celebrating. When the two A-listers ran into each other amongst all the chaos, there was no telling how the interaction might go, or if the two would interact at all. This is because of the long-running feud between Swift and Jenner’s older sister, Kim Kardashian.

Nevertheless, there seemed to be no bad blood or tension between Swift and Jenner when Swift reached her arms out, and they shared an embrace. Jenner was all smiles and could be seen mouthing the words, "Ah! That was so crazy.”

The feud between Swift and the Kardashian family dates back more than 15 years. Many fans will remember the infamous moment in which Kanye West, Kim Kardashian’s now ex-husband, interrupted Swift on stage while she was accepting a VMA award in 2009.

Years later, West dropped a song titled “Famous” in which he called Swift an expletive and took credit for her fame. Swift denied giving him permission to use the lyrics, despite Kardashian coming to his defense on social media.

With much of the internet picking sides in the conflict, Swift received some intense backlash.

In 2024, Swift released a song called “thanK you aIMee," intentionally capitalizing the letters “KIM” in the title. The song was largely interpreted as a diss on Kardashian.
