Aishah Sofey expected Thanksgiving to bring awkward political talk or overstuffed plates.
Instead, a comment from her grandmother turned the dinner into an uncomfortable moment.
"Grandma found my OF and brought it up at Thanksgiving dinner," Sofey wrote on X, referring to her OnlyFans account.
The moment, shared online without video or photo, took off.
Her post drew more than 335,000 views.
Some expressed shock that her grandmother had even been on the platform.
"Grandma scrolling OF is CRAZIER than you having one," one user wrote.
Another added, "Thanksgiving wasn’t even heated, she just dropped the premium tea for free."
Sofey later told The Blast that the comment came without warning.
"She said it like she was asking if I passed the potatoes. No build-up. No warning. Just ‘I saw your page.’ I almost dropped my drink," she said.
She said the table fell silent. Some relatives ignored it.
Others asked questions. A family meal turned into what she described as a "full-on Q&A session."
"I didn’t expect one dinner convo to blow up like this," she said. "But hey, at least I didn’t bring up politics."
Sofey, who has built a massive following online, is used to attention.
Speculation about her appearance has followed her for months, including repeated claims that she has had a Brazilian butt lift.
"The internet already thinks I have one," she told Complex earlier this year. "People say, ‘Oh, she has a BBL,’ but she started skinny. Do you understand, you need fat to go into a BBL for that to work?"
Friend and fellow content creator Joy Mai came to her defense, pointing to before-and-after photos.
"You have progress pictures. Like, what is wrong with, like, I don’t understand," Mai said.
Mai also said the rumors made little sense based on Sofey’s proportions. "It’s very clear that I have one. You can see where it fills in here... but the fact that people think you have one amazes me. Your legs-to-butt ratio is so good," she added.
