It seems that PBM is confused as to what gender neutral means. The term is defined as something that is “not restricted, biased, or specific to any particular gender or sex,” per Wikipedia.
The way PlaqueBoy is speaking about twerking implies the opposite: that it’s a dance only women can participate in.
