Chris Pratt's family is about get a little bigger.

Sources tell TMZ the 40-year-old actor and his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, are expecting their first child together. The news comes less than a year after the couple said "I do" in an intimate wedding in California. There's no word on if Pratt and Schwarzenegger are expecting a boy or girl, but the child will be the latter's first child and the former's second; Pratt shares a seven-year-old son named Jack with his ex-wife, Anna Faris.

Months before tying the knot with Schwarzenegger, Pratt told Entertainment Tonighthe was looking forward to his future with his then-fiancée and spending more time with his family.

"The future? Oh. Lots of kids," he told the outlet. "Maybe less time spent working, more time spent enjoying life. I always want to be that guy that works to live, not lives to work. I think [I want to spend] just a lot of time at the farm and a lot of time catching a lot of fish and seeing lots of sunsets."

The baby's arrival will also make Arnold Schwarzenegger a grandfather. The former California governor/action star previously told Extra he was looking forward to having grandchildren, but was in no way pressuring his daughter or son-in-law.

"I don’t push it because I know it’s going to happen eventually," he said. "It’s up to Chris and her when they want to do that."
