Khloé Kardashian says Tristan Thompson got a vasectomy after an ultimatum from her, and the exes are now revealing just how far their family arrangement goes.
On Thursday’s episode (May 28) of the Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, the 35-year-old former NBA star confirmed he underwent a vasectomy at Kardashian’s insistence, telling his ex that any future children would come exclusively through her.
"No more kids, unless it's coming from Khloé's embryos," Thompson said near the 57-minute mark in the video linked here.
Kardashian, 41, didn't shy away from taking credit: "Tristan may have had a little ultimatum from me.”
"Sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table,” Thompson quipped.
Thompson is already father to four children across three relationships: True, 8, and Tatum, 3, with Kardashian; Prince, 9, with ex Jordan Craig; and Theo, 4, with Maralee Nichols, according to People.
“I already have enough baby moms,” he said on the podcast. “Don't want no more."
Kardashian also said she holds legal ownership of the embryos the two created together, after Thompson signed his rights over to her. Separately, she arranged for his sperm to be preserved as a precaution.
"We saved sperm because I said, ‘What if you get married and your wife doesn't have kids, and you wanna do that?' So we did that. Because you could also reverse it," she explained.
“No, I'm not laying down on that table again,” Thompson quipped.
Elsewhere in the podcast, Thompson acknowledged he didn't embrace the decision to undergo the procedure so easily.
“Sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision. I've been a little hardheaded at times ... I wish I wasn't as stubborn, I guess I am an experienced learner. I learn from experience, not as much as, like, being told—which is unfortunate, but it's part of life. It's part of the journey," he said.
