Jake Paul went after Billie Eilish and voiced support for ICE after the singer criticized the agency during the 2026 Grammy Awards.

On Saturday (Feb. 7), Paul, a staunch Trump supporter, responded to Eilish’s comments about Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents’ recent attacks on immigrants and killings of protesters.

“If you don't like ICE then you can't call 911 when you're in trouble,” Paul wrote on X. “If you don't respect law enforcement agents then you shouldn't depend on them When Billie Eyelash gets her home broken into it's not gonna be f-ck ICE I can promise you that.”

The 29-year-old boxer followed up with, “Wait technically she can't get broken into because she stole the land lolololololol.”

Some users pushed back, noting that ICE is not local police and does not respond to emergency service calls.

Sen. Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) wrote, "If I call 911 I get police. And they show up without masks, and identify themselves. And if they need to search someone’s home they get a warrant. And if there’s an officer involved shooting there is an immediate investigation. And they’ve been trained for more than 47 days."

Another user replied, "ICE doesn't respond to 911 calls, you absolute donut. This is toddler-level logic: 'If you don't like one government thing, you can't use any government thing!’"

A different poster added, "ICE are not the police nor do they respond to 9-1-1 calls. You are profoundly and impressively stupid."

“Just a reminder that Jake Paul and his brother [Logan Paul] *literally* moved to Puerto Rico to avoid American taxes and now cant vote in American elections anymore. So when he tells a REAL American to 'go live somewhere else' remember HE already left and cant tell real Americans what to do [shrug emoji],” wrote another critic.

Logan Paul announced he was moving to Puerto Rico in February 2021. In 2023, Jake Paul showed off his $16 million Dorado mansion on TikTok.

While accepting the Grammy Award for 2026 Song of the Year last Sunday (Feb. 1), Eilish spoke out in defense of immigrants.

“No one is illegal on stolen land,” the 24-year-old said while onstage with her brother, Finneas. “It’s just really hard to know what to say and what to do right now. I feel really hopeful in this room, and I feel like we need to keep fighting and speaking up and protesting. Our voices really do matter, and the people matter.”

Other artists at the Grammys also voiced opposition to raids on immigrants: Bad Bunny said "ICE out," Kehlani ended her speech with “Fuck ICE,” and SZA characterizing this moment in time as "incredibly dystopian."
