VERZUZ returned on Friday (Jan. 30), with comparably prolific producers Mike WiLL Made-It and Hit-Boy facing off for the latest edition of the live series first launched by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland back in 2020.
Leading into Friday’s event, which was streamed live from Apple Music Studios in Los Angeles, speculation was high as to which songs from each producer’s catalogs would ultimately make the cut. Fans were even invited to make their own predictions and turn setlist wishes into custom shareable images for their socials, only adding to the hype.
