Lil Uzi Vert, now several new songs deep into their partnership with Roc Nation Distribution, is closing out the year with one more.
Sunday (Dec. 21), Uzi alerted fans to the imminent arrival of new single “What You Saying,” with the announcement coming in the form of a fashion show-inspired invite.
“It is my great pleasure to present my single ‘What You Saying’ that will be released later this year,” Uzi captioned the Instagram-shared announcement, originally written in French. “Remember, this is just the beginning. You are all invited to my fashion show. Thank you for your attention and patience.”
Earlier this year, Uzi, whose Eternal Atake sequel arrived in 2024 via Generation Now and Atlantic, commemorated their Roc Nation Distribution signing with the release of the ZeeGoinXrazy-produced track “Chanel Boy.”
In a statement shared with Complex at the time, Krystian Santini, president of Roc Nation Distribution, said the new partnership will allow Uzi to retain “full creative control” while having access to resources that will “take their artistry to new heights” moving forward.
The move placed Uzi in rare company, as they’re now one of only three artists to be managed by Roc Nation and also signed to Roc Nation Distribution. Uzi is also signed to Roc Nation’s publishing arm.
“Chanel Boy” was quickly followed by “Relevant” and “Regular,” with the widely held hope among fans that Uzi is prepping a new full-length, perhaps for a 2026 release.
