Rolling Loud co-founder Tariq Cherif is reiterating his desire to have Drake headline a future edition of the festival.

Speaking with Adin Ross and Akademiks over the weekend, Cherif, who co-founded the wildly popular international festival with Matt Zingler in 2015, said that the Iceman artist’s offers have all been in the multimillion-dollar range.

These latest remarks are in line with those Cherif made earlier this year when he told Big Boy that he felt like Drake was “ducking” festival organizers' offers.

“Yo, facts,” he said when the possibility of Drake headlining was brought up. “I send an offer to Drake every year. … We send him our max offer, millions of dollars.”

Cherif also fielded questions about other potential headliners for future editions of the festival, including the artist formerly known as Kanye West.

“That’s my guy,” Cherif said. “I love Ye. Don’t let anybody tell you different. I love Ye, always. Whenever he wants to come, he’s welcome.”

While Drake’s Iceman album is expected soon, his pending tour plans remain unclear. Earlier this year, he and PARTYNEXTDOOR embarked on a tour in support of their joint project $ome $exy $ongs 4 U. As part of the run, Drake headlined all three nights of London’s Wireless Festival.

In October, the recent Office Movers guest star made a surprise appearance at Vybz Kartel’s first-ever Toronto show, giving fans a mini-set featuring presumed Iceman track “Which One” and more.

Looking ahead, Drake is eyeing a potential Grammy win. The OVO Sound co-founder is up for Best Melodic Rap Performance at the 2026 ceremony, thanks to his and PARTYNEXTDOOR's single “Somebody Loves Me.”
