50 Cent Clarifies Remarks About Trump's Possible Diddy Pardon: 'Didn't Say I Would Nuke Anything'

Trump previously said he would "look at the facts" in Diddy's federal case.

50 Cent is offering some clarity regarding his recent remarks on the purported possibility of a Diddy pardon from current POTUS and failed steak salesman Donald Trump.

Over the weekend, 50, who is soon expected to roll out a Diddy-focused documentary on Netflix, shared a screenshot of a recent Daily Beast piece to Instagram. As seen below, 50 took issue with how his comments were being presented, namely the use of the word “nuke’ in the headline.

“I didn’t say I would nuke anything,” 50 wrote. “I simply said I will make sure Trump is aware.”

As previously reported, 50 took to IG days earlier to tells fans he was going to “reach out” to Trump “so he knows how I feel about this guy.” The “this guy” in question, of course, is Diddy, whose federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial remains ongoing.

50 has relentlessly trolled Diddy over the past year, at one point joking “I don’t feel safe” after his name was brought up in the trial. Per reporting for Complex last week by Shawn Setaro, who has been in attendance for the trial, 50 was mentioned during former Diddy assistant Capricorn Clark’s time on the stand.

In May, Trump was asked by Fox News Reporter Peter Doocy whether he’d consider stepping in in the event that Diddy is convicted and sentenced. According to Trump, “nobody’s asked” about this yet, at least not directly, though he would “certainly look at the facts.”

The Bad Boy Records founder, meanwhile, has denied the allegations against him in the case. His legal team has also pushed for a mistrial.
