Diddy has been sued once again, this time by a street performer who’s accusing him of rape, TMZ reports.

Per the outlet, a lawsuit by a John Doe that claimed he was approached by someone claiming to be Diddy’s talent scout while playing the guitar and singing outside a nightclub in Los Angeles was filed. The man claimed he was invited to attend one of the mogul’s parties and when he arrived at the home, Diddy offered him a drink and began talking to Doe about his music career.

Doe then complimented Diddy’s necklace and was asked if he wanted to see his jewelry collection. He obliged, but as he was led to another room, the man began feeling drowsy and lost his balance before Diddy allegedly asked, “Have you ever sucked a dick before?"

The street performer claimed he told Diddy “no,” but the Bad Boy Records founder replied, "You should try it," and exposed his penis. Diddy allegedly then grabbed the man’s head and forced his penis into his mouth before proceeding to undress him and have anal sex as the man lost consciousness.

The man added he woke up the next morning with someone giving him an IV at the home and was dropped off at the nightclub. According to Doe, he suffered pain, mental anguish, emotional torment, humiliation, and shame and is seeking damages in his lawsuit. The controversial lawyer who’s representing several of Diddy’s accusers, Tony Buzbee, filed the lawsuit for the street performer.

In a statement, Diddy’s legal team called the rape allegations“racially ridiculous” and “demonstrably false” while adding the disgraced music exec and his team will be fighting the case and every other one in court.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” said Diddy’s legal team. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone -- man or woman, adult or minor."

Diddy recently received some love from Ye during one of his unhinged rants on X last week. Ye tweeted, “FREE PUFF” while also dropping an alleged Sean Jean collaboration he was working on with Diddy before being sent to jail.
