G Herbo and his fiancée, Taina Williams, are on a "happy" streak in their long-term relationship.

The engaged couple, who share two children, were discussed during Herb's visit on the Sunday (November 2) episode of podcast Million Dollaz Worth of Game. The couple began dating in 2019, roughly one year after the Chicago rapper broke up with Ari Fletcher, the mother of his eldest child. Around the ten-minute mark of the episode below, Herbo said that "happy wife, happy life" is his motto for his relationship with Williams.

"When I'm in a good space mentally, it's like the best version of myself, I got to credit her still," the rapper said. "'Cause I'm like even at my lowest, bro, you know how that shit go, Like when you going out and you got to be against the world, but when you come home, you unwind and shit and then it's like, your girl really get the short end of the stick cuz she got to deal with all the stress and all the bullshit."

But now that he's in a "good space," Herbo has prioritized ensuring that Williams lives a soft life. "I just want to focus as much on my relationship and make her happy as happy as possible. You feel what I'm saying?" he continued. That shit just make me like go harder, I ain't gon' lie."

In an interview on podcast Effective Immediately last month, Herbo explained that Williams and Fletcher made the decision to be on better terms for their sake of their children and that he doesn't "create friction" between them.

"I always was very verbal about saying like, my relationship is one thing, but also I got to still, show my son [Yoshon] that I care about his mom as well because that's his mom," he said around the 14-minute mark of the video below.

Herbo has also developed a friendliness with Fletcher's partner, Moneybagg Yo, whom he collaborated with on "Feet On Land."
