G Herbo and Taina Williams appeared to be in a heated conversation when a fan approached them.

As The Shade Room shared via Instagram on Tuesday afternoon (Sept. 2), a fan-captured video showed the couple speaking emphatically and gesturing with their hands while in the backseat of a car.

The windows were rolled down, and the fan thought it was OK to approach and greet Herbo. Upon being spotted, the rapper and his girlfriend of six years cut their conversation short.

The couple has two children, a son, Essex, 4, and a daughter, Emmy, who was born last year. The Chicago rapper also shares a son, 7-year-old Yoshon, with his ex-girlfriend, Ari Fletcher.

Herbo and Williams got engaged in 2022, a few months after the birth of their son.

During an interview with The Shade Room in July, G Herbo said that he and Williams had decided to keep their relationship private after they used to "broadcast" their lives.

"We just living our life regularly. Like, we still go out, do the same things, date and hang with our kids, you know, the regular stuff, that we always done," he said around the nine-minute mark of the video below.

"I feel maybe it's probably just not as broadcasted because the negativity that come out, the negative comments and stuff," he continued. "I don't pay attention to it, but she do. So, she probably don't want to see that."

The rapper also said that he had "always wanted to get married," but was "waiting for the opportunity to present itself."

"My goal was always to get married in my 30s, anyway. Like, people probably thought I was way older than I was. I'm 29," he said.

Herbo added that having children before settling down is a "form of commitment" where he's from.
