Fetty Wap packed on healthy weight while serving time for drug trafficking.

The "Trap Queen" artist, who was released from prison earlier this month after spending four years in prison on a six-year sentence, recently spoke to VIBE's Amber Corrine about his workout plan while behind bars.

Around the four-minute mark of the interview below, Fetty said that he mainly practiced calisthenics, which consisted of push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, dips and squats, which he joked was the usual "prison workout."

"I like the feeling of the after effect of working out," Fetty told Corrine. "It's more of an 'I did something.' I used to always tell myself, If I could just take an hour out of my day just for self-care ... It's a discipline routine."

Adding that workouts were a "discipline," Fetty also revealed the shocking amount of weight he gained upon his early prison release.

"I went to I went to prison like 140 lbs. I came home at like 225," he continued.
"So, it was a discipline for me to get there. I had it in my head, like, I want to see what I look like like this."

Fetty went on to explain that his new method of self-care since coming home is driving and recalled that during his first tour, he drove to California. The rapper spent his sentence at New Jersey institution Fort Dix, the same place that music mogul Diddy is currently spending his 50-month bid for violating two counts of the Mann Act.
